I take two multi-vitamins and a seperate iron pill. One vitamin is I-Caps the other is Women's vitamins with Iron. Tried Centra Silver for age related - I slept through the bottle until I went back to the women's vit. What I take now works.

Was diagnosed 2 years ago after going to the ER with heart palpitations and shortness of breath. Was an 8.4 at that time.
Had similar symptoms a few weeks ago and got into my doctor the next day - levels were at 8, bp was low and pulse was flying and was rushed to the hospital and admitted for a transfusion. Can find no cause.
