This was the first med i was prescribed and for the first couple of weeks it pulled me out of my deep whole of depression but since then i have not progressed to anything better still sad dont want to do anything but sleep

On 6mg makes me drowsy and foggy most of the time. Not enjoying it at all. It did seem to calm the mania.
