My current treatment is successful meds for bipolar. I'm on several but the key ones are Invega (a new atypical anti-psychotic) & Adderall, a stimulant. They are working better than anything has for 20 years. I am going to start therapy, as this in combination with meds is the most successful regimin to prevent relapse. Have only self injured once since I started new meds. Also am starting hard workouts and it is helping. I am reclaiming my life and it is hard but wonderful.
