It seems to dull the pain for a bit but doesnt always work. It is a great alternative for heating pads though. For some reason heating pads seems to intensify my pain

I put a bag of ice on each of my shoulders after I swim. I've been doing this for almost 4 years now. It numbs the pain temporarily, but it always comes back.
