Found a uterine septum in March, 2009. Fixed it. Had some adhesions so surgery 3 more times. Lots of scar tissue.

Went well. They removed a fibroid on the outside of my uterus, a polyp inside my uterus, and removed very mild endometriosis. No fertility concerns. They said it was good to get this all done before going through IVF.
