again, it works when I put my mind where it needs to be. This tool is the best for me compared to any pill I'm on.

I do a lot of hypnotherapy and self hypnosis. Hypnosis is a good help when you need relief for pain or panic, and can be great for long term help with regression or trauma. It doesn't work on its own, but it helps you get your head straight to think positive and take care of yourself.
