I am now a hypnotherapist, but hypnosis helped me beat anxiety for good. basically it helped me realise if I relax nothing bad will happen!

I am a hypnotherapist and use a combination of solution focused brief therapy and hypnosis to help people who are suffering from anxiety/stress/depression. It really does help and I am sure it is helping my own stressful responses too. Because we go into trance states naturally all the time there are no side effects. It is a totally safe and relaxing therapy. It is not a one-time quick fix but takes a commitment of around 8 to 12 sessions, weekly to start with, in order to change.
