My Rheumatologist started me on Hydroxychioroquine twice a day from my first visit in May 09 and am still on it. I believe it helps but it took about 6 weeks before I notice any imporvement.

It seems to be working. I'm not exactly sure what it's supposed to do, but after two years I have not had any bone damage.
