On a temporary break from this due to recent childbirth. It worked wonders, but caused excessive weight gain.

Those Hyrox thingy worked for me with side effects of Uticaria, and hair loss. BUT I RATHER suffer the few side effects than the pains had for over 20 years. I was treated for gout, I was taking the gout tablets and still have terrible pains and swellings in my fingers, knee wrist ankles and headaches. so i refuse to take them as they were not working. I couldn't take the usual gout tablets. or any anti inflammatory tablets because of my high blood pressure. i was referred to rhumathology.
