Keeping my BP down on 25MG but not really low enough. 12785 is average Trying to maintain a healthy diet and take supplements that are supposed to be effective to reduce HBP and in addition I do not smoke or drink alcohol and I am exercising moderately almost every day.

I was taking 50 mg and it seemed to help a lot. However one of the biggest problems was that it was depleting my potassium and I ended up in the ER multiple times before we learned that I needed to be on a constant potassium supplement.

In combination with Valium it has worked for 3 months so far. No seviere vertigo attacks in 3 months. I attribute it to the combination of these 2 drugs.
