The first shot caused a "flare reaction" which almost made me/dr. quit Humira. I am less stiff, have less pain. Still hoping there will be more improvement, however.

Acording to the doctor this is working. Or I would be in a wheelchair by now.

This makes my anxiety worse because of the warnings that infections could cause death. Every time someone sneezes I look at them sideways and refuse to go to my sisters and visit with the kids when I hear someone is sick. I am absolutely happy with the results I am having but I am afraid to start exercising because of the possibility that it may cause a flare as it had in the past. Need help to move forward.
I started Humira about 10 months ago. Do I dare to be happy and feel normal? This is scary. The cloud has lifted and I am disoriented. I am finally finishing school which I had to drop out of due to a huge flare. I am enjoying feeling healthy which makes me scared to move. I think I will get through school first before I test the waters. Exercise can wait.
