NO resources to help with ocd. Nothing has worked.

She had been diagnosed by her regular doctor. We are waiting to see a pyschiatrist.

I simply avoid all of them and dont make contact at all. This seems to work well for me and has done for some time now. Its a vice versa effect as they do mostly leave me alone. Think its good to be able to say how I feel here.

I was once in psychotherapy and finally talking to my psychiatrist about it but the insurance quit covering the sessions. I probably could have paid but wasnt sure it was really working so I just quit.
