Theres nothing that can fix my blindness so Ive learned to adapt to it. I was born this way so I use Braille have a cane. I have a computer that has a talking program called JAWs thats how I can read the messages here at other sites. So this works for me.

I feel if I can lose weight on my own I shall be able to keep it off....
