I have just tried all different things. I go through phases of it being horrible and then it will get better its always in cycles.

I have no insurance and no money anymore.

i have been picking my nose since i was a kid. always did it hiding from other people. continued to do it as an adult but it was never a big deal. just a gross habit. lately my anxiety has increased including other anxiety symptoms that i pretty much put up with. ive also been picking my nose a lot more. i even get pain in my face at the top part of my nose.

Just felt horrible when I had to find out the hard way but Im okay for now. I just want to learn and share my experiences when it comes to friendships.

do take meds for chronic depression. several different onesthey work some what but only to a point.
