I got off my meds in order to begin feeling again. After the med side effects wore off, I began to eat better (lots more fiber, organic foods, healthy foods, healthy amounts of foods, etc.) and to exercise more. The exercise helps a lot!

Try to eat healthy diet and get regular light exercise (walking and yoga). Do 15 - 30 minutes of meditation and breath work before bed.
