Last year I lost 15 pounds in 3 months by hiking once a week, watching what I ate (but killing myself) and I think I did a few other workouts too.

Its a great workout, but I don't do it enough times (maybe once or twice every couple months) due to living in the suburbs, the closest hiking parks/areas are at least an hour drive away.
