I eat fber once a day.
Important that it has to be SAFE high fibre foods. Everybody is differant. Its the individuality of each persons immune system and how it interacts with food threats.
Every now and then I get cramps. I am under the gasterologist care but they can't tell you what foods to stay away from. I also have diverticulis with the seeds but my doctor doesn't believe in staying away from those foods. To do in moderation. Every now and then I can flare uds.
