It helped keep my bowel movements regular and pain free,but you need to drink a lot of water with this diet.
aside from eating a lot of veggies and beans and whole grains, i take benefiber without any additives. helps with constipation.

Fiber One has great tasting cereals, snack bars and other products that make it very easy to keep the grams up in the 20-30 a day range. Just be sure to drink tons of water.
Eating foods high in fiber, cut out sweets, trying to eat healthy. I feel better, still not ovulating.
