I found the most wonderful fiber, Glucomannon, made from the konjac root. I take it 3 times a day, and at this point I know I cannot live without it.

I think this has been helpful but not sure. Ive had only a few flare ups since 1994 but have had TWO in the last three weeks. Or perhaps one flareup that didnt fully resolve itself.

Ate a clean diet, high in fiber no junk, no fast food, LOTS of water and had one full year with NO ATTACKS. I loosened up on it a bit and the attacks came back almost immediately. very hard to continue a diet like i had going.
