Yes, it works if I am careful to avoid nuts, seeds and popcorn. And stringy woody vegetables have to be cut up into little pieces. I cannot swallow any big hunk of anything that can scratch the colon.

I've tried to stay away from fast foods and to get more fiber in my diet. I also put some Benefiber in my decaf in the morning.
