I use metamucil religiously, it saved me. I still have bouts of pain and boy, are they severe, I'm in pain right now. The pain usually puts me out of commision for a day or two. Then it subsides like nothing ever happened. I hate divers, I really hate this disease.

I eat a good diet with alot of fruit, veg, soups that contain lentils and veg and also eat fish and filling meals for dinner. I eat wholegrain breads. I find tha ti cant eat to much bran or it makes my BMs loose. Fibre keeps my digestive system running smoothly and keeps me regular.
