at first i was taking to much each day and ended up with thr runs so now just increase the fruit i eat each day and if constipated i take fybrogel at bedtime

Tried the Metamucil fiber,terrible. Benefiber is much better.Can't taste it at all.
Helps a lot to regulate as much as possible.
