I've tried to stay away from fast foods and to get more fiber in my diet. I also put some Benefiber in my decaf in the morning.
Working / Worked
Works wonders, without it my symptoms are terrible. I go to extremes fiber and diet-wise, and it works!
my son eats 25 grams plus a day( he is 12)
Working / Worked
This worked well, I just have to remember to drink more water.
Working / Worked
Mixed. I was eating around 40+grams/day, but have been having pain so I've cut it down to 20-25grams/day. I need to cut the fat intake as well and it's a challenge.

High fiber diet has been great. I went 4 years without a flare up.
Working / Worked
I have always eaten a hi fiber diet (between 30-35 grmas per day). Doesn't seem to be helping right now.
Working / Worked
i don't get this, I have always eaten high fiber and I still get sick, I do know that low residue will help hold off an attack,
Working / Worked
I found the most wonderful fiber, Glucomannon, made from the konjac root. I take it 3 times a day, and at this point I know I cannot live without it.
Working / Worked
I think this has been helpful but not sure. Ive had only a few flare ups since 1994 but have had TWO in the last three weeks. Or perhaps one flareup that didnt fully resolve itself.
Working / Worked
Ate a clean diet, high in fiber no junk, no fast food, LOTS of water and had one full year with NO ATTACKS. I loosened up on it a bit and the attacks came back almost immediately. very hard to continue a diet like i had going.
Definatly helps my digestive system
Working / Worked
Painful
Try, but not always sure what to eat or if it will be too much!
