its up and down.. i have other things that happen during the applied fiber diet.. travel gives me tons of troubles..

I use Fiber One Bars and Brownies to help and they are very, very helpful when used regularly. I buy them at Sams Club to make them more cost effective. Veggies and fruit are AWESOME except for carrots and corn, they make me very sick!

Soluble fiber is good but too much roughage not.

increased fruits and had always been told I need to be high protein and low carb for because of some blood panel test results 3 yrs ago...the fruits helped
