Awful. Hurt a lot and caused a lot of stress in my life.

After surgery this is very painful. I had surgery on the inside as well as outside of my rectum. Inside doesn't pain much.

After reading here.. i'm worried because there are no positive results posted.

Updated 2007 - 2 months post op.. everything flowing well.. My butt is smiling (sideways)..

Worked for a few years and now I am starting to bleed again.

Serious side effects of the painful surgery/drugs. Helped precipitate psychotic break lasting 1 month.

After having the rubber band ligation, I kept having bleeding and diarhhea after a brief period of normalcy..but the 3rd hem. not treated prolapsed outside and it was considered a grade 4, plus a fissure, so I was advised by a different surgeon to have the hemorrhodectomy. I am having so much pain and bleeding that I am very concerned. I have called the surgeon and hopefully will know something next week.
