I volunteer for community events and in helping children orgs., elderly groups, those folks less or more fortunate, doing random acts of kindness and in secret! Yes this therapy has become a way of life, it humbles me! I pray not worry! More importantly to help someone rich/poor/old young/he/she..Help Is Help, & we must pass it on to get it back! It keeps me busy and it can you too! My one complaint is that God gives us 24 hours in a day for us to grieve for the loss of a loved ones! MGB&KY
