Oh glorious moist heat. yes, it is so soothing for me. Heating pads, micro bags with wheat. I have them all and use them almost every night.

a heating pad will work if its your muscles that are hurting but if its coming from your spine you want to use ice just on your spine to help stop the nerves from misfiring
