Yes it correct the curve in my spine and gave me another inch or so in height. But my should blade is still dislocated as at the time the surgeon felt it was 'just cosmetic' and so left it.

After 2 back ops, 2 Harrington rods and a couple of fusions later, my spinal curvature has remained stable for some years now.

My curvature was corrected in March of 1994, though my spine still has a signifigant curve. I was allowed to resume normal activity, and was doing well until May of 2007. I began to experience severe pain in my lower back and right hip, which quickly became demobilizing and unbearable.
