Only used when psychotic. A horrible drug. So glad to lose it decades ago.

I currently take .5 mg at bedtime and it seems to take the edge off of a lot of my paranoid ideation and racing thoughts.

It did kinda work but after a long period of time taking it it caused me to have some wierd allergic reaction to it.
