Many years ago I couldn't do this without crying. Now I find it relaxing and soothing.
comtemplation helps to calm me down to a mellower place and more in connection with my inner self
wonderful, a real relief. Didn't know how powerful it was, got rid of emotional anxiety but my body still feels weak at knees, dry mouth, sweating, sleep disorder, but my brain is calm. Go figure!
i have the three stages of healing by bellruth naparstek, but i don't use them as much as i should.
do this often. not as good as automatic writing but it touches on things that i may not have found otherwise and then you come back to it and keep going with it.
probably one of the best things that works for me, thank you Bellruth Naperstack (i think that is how her name is spelled on the CD)
When I get so Uptight I have a walk I take through a field of flowers and down to a little stream. But I start with breathing exercises first and then go into my imagry. I can stay there as long as I want to. I feel safe and calm.
