Relaxed me

It controls my breathing, centers my emotions, & helps me to mentally manipulate pain... & sometimes I'm successful at "blowing it out" of my body.

Initially I have so few comfort places to go to in my mind... tend to see all the bad things happening to me over and over. Nine months later, I have found my peaceful place. It is the first travel out the city my psychotherapist suggested as part of my therapy. The place is peaceful, bright and warm, so serene that I wish to go back and be part of the scenery. I can be away and not thinking of myself. I can be a part of the whole. It makes me feeling good. I will always cherish that image.
