Working / Worked
I use a lot of guided imagery cd's to help me go to sleep. I have a lot of sleeping difficulties-going to sleep and staying asleep because of nightmares. At least the cd's help me to fall asleep.

I use this technique especially when the pain causes me to quick tempered and stressed out. Like when I feel like I am going to explode and can't go on one more step and I start being mean to everybody. It also helps when i am having trouble sleeping.
Working / Worked
This did not work for me. I had a really bad flash back to my childhood bedroom & it terrified me so bad that I could never relax during a guided imagry again
