i like group it helps me feel alone, but you have to be careful not to try to hold anyone else up, when you yourself are barely standing.
I spent my youth and early 20s in various group supports for abused children and teens, both sexual and physical. This was in the late 70's early 80's so psychology has changed a lot since then.
