NO group therapy is a sham, and I am also a sex addict which is great because when ever i have gone into inpatient I always ALWAYS act out, this last time, it almost went to the next level there was kissing, not iN group level, but we were being filmed, taken pictures of... I saw the pictures, not even a word was said about ANYTHING !!! When you get a bunch of addicts together, drug, sex bipolar ITS NOT A GOOD THING DOCTORS !!!

I go to a great program at my MH place (Lifecare) The two programs that I have done are on the net I.O.P. ( Out Patient Intensive I.O.P. Program) and W.R.A.P. ( Wellness Recovery Action Plan) Love them both They have been VERY helpful.
