I have been in counseling before, but I was released. It is difficult this time because I can't help mom and my siblings. Also, I feel like other friends are not being the support they should be.

It helps as we have someone to listen to us (friends and family don't like to talk about my child or her death, so it helps to have someone that can really listen to us - fears, thoughts, bad dreams, crazyness, etc... )
