Its so hard! I am a college student on a tight budget, and I do all of my own cooking and shopping. I do not have a meal plan because my school is not gluten friendly. I have a hard time paying for all of the gluten free items I would like to have. Other than the cost issue, the diet is working for me! I have felt great on the diet. I find it hardest to find when I am out with my friends on a Friday or Saturday night, when they are having pizza and beer out at the local bar or pub.

My itchy sore covered legs were almost well when I ate wheat one night and they flared up. After that, I learned my lesson. My skin seems to be the main thing obviously affected. though I think the fibro pain is worse when on wheat, also.

Works very well for me.

It works great when I stick with it 100% but the minute I eat gluten like oats, wheat barley etc. my stomach balloons, I break out with dermatitis hyperforma, I have no energy, I'm beyond edgy and my skin is pastey and wrinkled. If I stay true to the GF diet I have beautiful skin, energy and i'm actually pleasant to be around.
Working / Worked
Made a BIG difference in the quality of my life!
