I find the gluten free diet works exceptionally well when I have the resources available to be hyper-vigilant.

I was off the glutten free diet for about 9 months. I didn't want to admit that it wasn't simply my gallbladder that had caused my problems. Upon going gluten free again, I felt like a new woman in a matter of days.

I realized that gluten free doesn't necessarily mean wheat free and I have to avoid both. This includes the yummy Ezekiel bread. The roughness irritates my intestines. I still miss biscuits :(
