About 4 months into diet...feel wonderful. All diarrhea, indigestion, fatigue and depression gone. Able to cut down on several of my medications because my absorption is improved.

Is working granted I had to learn how to cook & bake gluten free. But I enjoy cooking & baking. As far as eating out well I enjoy steak & potatoes, or corn shell tacos just am real careful of where I go & what I order.

Naturopath is convinced that there is a link between gluten-intolerance and auto-immunity. I had become malnourished and went on a liquid diet of fjuiced vegetables for about 3 months, so when I began adding solid food slowly--and made it all gluten free--I was noticeably better after 4-6 weeks. More energy and an ability to digest food again! i had had part of my colon removed 3 yrs before this, maybe all I needed was to go gluten free. I'm a lifer. I also have MCTD and Raynaud's and used to be pre-diabetic. No more!
