We don't give him anything with wheat, oats, barley, gluten, malt, etc. At first he didn't like it, bread used to be his favorite food. But now he's accustomed to it. He's still to young to understand why, though.

About a week-2 weeks into the gluten-free diet my brain fog was removed, I had energy again, my iron levels came up, and it is an overall "feel better" feeling. I am still learning about safe/unsafe ingredients and have made some errors. When I do it usually sets me back a day with stomach pain and diarrhea, but I know that getting back on track "will bring me back."
