When I go off of gluten foods, the symptoms go away. When I re-introduce gluten foods, I get bloated, pain (stomach, muscle, joint, and bone), constipation, diarrhea, sticky stool, easy bruising, nausea, irritability, severe fatigue, ringing in ear, depressive feelings and thoughts witnin two days of reintroducing gluten (even worse after 1 week). Off gluten again and within two days many symptoms already getting better.
