I've been taking this for a long time and it still works for me, but you have to watch for hypoglycemia if you don't eat enough or over exert yourself.

Lowers BS sufficently, but you NEED to eat a half hour after taking or BS could plummet and Hypoglyemia WILL ensue. Read Warning labels on ALL drugs you take.
