Gleevec Reviews

Gleevec is working okay so far. I am now anemic and have experienced several side effects (water retention, tired, sick, etc.)
horrible side effects
Doing well on Gleevec. Early on I completely stopped my side effect leg cramps with the help of ... let's just say something that gave me the munchies and something I hadn't tried since the '60's.
I developed a rash, server headache, and joint pain soon after starting the Gleevec. The side effects have subsided greatly at this point. It seems to be working as far as bring the WBC down quickly. We will need to wait for approx. 2 months to see if to assure that the Gleevec is truly working.
not many side effects
Working, some nausea and muscle pain. Very manageable and getting better.
have not started it yet.
My brother is responding to treatment but has had trouble with low white blood cell and platelet counts.
4 DAYS IN INTENSIVE CARE WITH 500,000 WHITE BLOOD CELLS
It seems to be working. Gregory said it his white blood count is back down and his spleen has come down
