Ginger is one of the two things that offer me any sort of relief. I couldn't live without it. I add it to almost every bit of food i can! Yummmm!
this is the basic foundation of everything i eat. it's wonderful.

Have no idea. I buy a fresh stick of ginger, grate it finely and keep it in airtight containers and twice a day, add it to a healthy smoothy. Have no idea whether it is making a difference
