It's working many people believe that once's you have the surgery that you don't have to put in the work well that's wrong it's a full-time job and it's hard work to maintain this to try to change and change all your bad habit's. Believe me it is challenging. I've personal hit many bumps in the road but I'm trying to remain strong.
