Major diet changes and stable allicin helped me the most. Also did 2wks of Clindamycin but stopped early thankfully.

Update: Garlic tablets with a high level of allicin, at a level of around 6000+mg daily, works. healing faster. I have high hopes that this will work as a preventative or maybe a cure for me.
