LOVE IT! DO IT! Even if you have one type of HPV, do it. Especially if you haven't found "the one" for you yet. You can still get another type of HPV.

I started the gardasil series in September of last year, and was just diagnosed with HPV. The doctor tells me that I probably had HPV before I had the vac or that I could have picked up a different strand of HPV.

Thankfully I was still able to get the shot. It hurts/burns at the injection site, if you get the choice of arm or hip choose hip. So at least I'm protected against the 2 major types of HPV that cause warts and hopefully I am less likely to develop cancer. I have heard stories about doctors not making this drug available to patients, fight to get this drug it is important. Every woman should get the shot, 80% of women will be exposed before they are 50, I think the other 20% must be nuns.
