I believe the second time with the Gamma Knife was good. I currently am having NO pain after going thru the worst week I have ever had up to the day of the procedure. I currently take 2 Keppra tablets daily until I see my Neuro 7/22/09.

unfortunately, it did not work for me. I had gn 3-x's. I had a different experience on both sides of my face. GK left the lt side kinda numb like a novacaine effect. The rt side, however, if I touch it-instant pain!

Gamma knife "clean-up" of 1994 open craniotomy, to remove more of remaining tumor attached to vein. Still a little left that is dormant and monitored annually.
