I love my GA group...we meet every Sunday .....they have Friday and Wednesday groups as well.

I didn't really feel welcome or real connected to the group. They seemed to be a little clicky and it seemed like after talking about gambling for one hour it would put the thought in my head and make me want to go.

I had been going to counseling for a while but I feel it only helped a little- sometime after all that talking I wanted to go to the casino but I guess it helped somewhat that I had to be honest with the counselor on how much I lost
