i tried it but we all know when you do not want to do something it wont work.with in the past three days i began to feel better. but i always go back out thinking i can have one more.im back in ga doing everything suggested. and its working.

GA always helped me to stop for a time. I haven't regularily attended meetings and I think there is a lot of depth to the steps that I have not yet understood and applied to my life, so I haven't really had the benefit of all the program offers.

I enjoy going to this group. There I can be honest about how I am feeling and not be judged or critized. I also enjoy listening to others and their stories which helps.

I have attended several meeting but it didn't really help me I guess I was expecting too much and I didn't feel comfortable expressing my feelings
