My husband is very helpful around the house. I use visualization while I exercise along with pursed lip breathing. Have been taking spiriva and combivent or just plain albuterol. I am confused as Ive seen 2 Pulm. Dr.s in last year and one says to take spirivacombivent and advair. The other says I cant take combivent with spiriva but thats what works best for me. The advair made me mean. My GP seems to think that what i feel works best is probably the way I should go.

Some more helpful than others

A friendly ear who's only comments are,"that sounds tough." and "YOu're doing well." Help alot. Also a wordless hug can remind you you're not alone much better than words.

Its hard for me to reach out to them because I dont really feel like they can do anything for me. My dad will help by paying for my appointments and stuff but as far as emotional help. I dont really have anyone to talk to that I can trust.

If not for them, I would be completely lost. I still *feel* lost, but I am fortunate enough to have people to remind me that I'm not.

This works best of anything.
