I started taking about 3yrs. ago and since then my yearly bone scans show that I am not getting any worse.

I have had a very small improvement after one year on Forteo. I previously took Fosamax for ten years and alternated between staying the same, a small improvement of losing some bone mass each year for ten years. I am interested in learning other people's experience with Forteo. Should I expect improvement the second year of use?

I am taking Fosamax again to try and rebuild what i have lost and to prevent any further damage. i have a stress fracture in my lower back and I certainly do not want any more.
