Can't go wrong with this one...Right? I feel much more energy and like everything is falling into place. Atop of eating to the pyramid, I exercise moderate to vigorous twice a day. Weekends only once per day cause I work 16 hour shifts. Seems to be working fine...still, again, need to up the calories though.
Similar to the older WW "Exchanges" program. Cheaper for me though as there are no "meeting fees."
Working / Worked
I follow an approximate 1200 calorie a day diet. Approximately 4 bread servings, 2 protein servings, 3 fruit servings, 2 vegetable servings, and 2 milk.
