Food Guide Pyramid Reviews
Working / Worked
Can't go wrong with this one...Right? I feel much more energy and like everything is falling into place. Atop of eating to the pyramid, I exercise moderate to vigorous twice a day. Weekends only once per day cause I work 16 hour shifts. Seems to be working fine...still, again, need to up the calories though.
Working / Worked
Similar to the older WW "Exchanges" program. Cheaper for me though as there are no "meeting fees."
Working / Worked
I follow an approximate 1200 calorie a day diet. Approximately 4 bread servings, 2 protein servings, 3 fruit servings, 2 vegetable servings, and 2 milk.
