He says it helps him and has changed his life. Still doesn't seem to be the only answer.

The flomax works most of the time but has side effects. The most noticeable is reduced ejaculation.
Helps me initiate urination but i still urinate around 40 times a day if not more. Spend a majority of my day attempting or actually urinating

Tamsolusin flomax is helping to prevent urine stoppage due to swelling. But not helping with frequency or urgency.

Im supposed to take it when I feel a stone forming yes I can feel them formingweird and then the Flomax usually can dissolve it if Ive caught it early enough. Works sometimes.

I take this for urinary retention and hesitancy. Still have some problems with those issues but flomax has helped to make it tolerable.
