I take 3000 mg omega3 fatty acids daily.

I am taking some of the capsules which are called Omega 3 6 9 and its good for not only my heart, but blood pressure, reduces pain, and I have since that time, I have read a lot of other things it helps with although I love the way it helps the bad and good cholesterol although I am not sure how much this is the case.
